5k Park Runs
These take place every Saturday, the closest being Tamar Lakes near Kilkhampton, Tamar Trails at Gulworthy and Lanhydrock, near Bodmin.
These are free to enter, you will need to register beforehand on the park run website… http://www.parkrun.org.uk/
Tavy 5kool Races
These 5k races take place once a month on the 3rd Saturday. The race starts and finishes on the track and costs just £1 per run for UKA members. You will need to register before you go for the first run (link below)
As the race has a certificate of accuracy for the 5k distance, any results from it will be considered for club records.
Cornish races for 2020

Armada Series races for 2020
This link will take you to a list of the Armada series of races. It includes their 3k and 5k series as well as the Armada Grand Prix.
