Welcome to Launceston Road Runners

We meet on Tuesdays at 6.45pm for our weekly social runs. Our meeting place is Firebrand Unit 2 Southgate Technology Park Pennygillam Industrial Estate Launceston PL15 7ED . What 3 words destiny.rewarding.estuaries. We have various different groups to suit a wide range of abilities and speeds from 3 miles upto 7 miles. You don’t need to be fast to join us! On Thursdays, we meet in the same place, at 7pm, for our structured training sessions. New runners are always welcome – just come along to one of our sessions and introduce yourself, we are very friendly and we don’t bite! Because we run on roads, we ask that ALL members wear HI VIZ (neon) and reflective clothing all year round to our sessions. Also Headtorches in winter and dull conditions- NOT OPTIONAL.
