Training

We meet on Tuesday nights at Firebrand unit 2, Southgate Technology Park, Pennygillam Industrial Estate, Launceston PL15 7ED. What3words destiny.rewarding.estuaries  at 6.45pm for a 7pm start for a group social run of various distances and speeds, we are usually arrive back at Firebrand shortly after 8pm.

As well as our Tuesday evening social run, we also meet every Thursday evening at Firebrand 6.45pm for 7pm start, for a more structured training session.

Each session is under the guidance of our England Athletics qualified coaches.

All abilities and experiences are catered for.

Please wear high viz clothing, and a head torch when the evenings are dark.
